For pilot customers
Pilot customers wanted: shape growth early.
You run a B2B company and want to test growth with AI without giving up control? We take on five pilot customers. You get eight weeks of consulting based on the Orange method. Optionally we then validate selected use cases together, and we learn from your daily work.
The planned solution
Connect. Decide. Improve.
The platform should connect the growth sources a company already has. AI should analyse and recommend. A person decides. Every result should flow back and make the next recommendation better.
Brand
How the market sees you. Reach, resonance and impact of your brand and appearances, per channel with source and time.
The question: Is our brand landing?
Business
Revenue, finance and sales in one closed loop, plus companies showing buying interest.
The question: What do our campaigns cost, and what do they return?
Contact
Every conversation, inside and out. Communication and relationships in one searchable place.
The question: Which communication works, and where must we respond?
Control: the layer above Brand, Business and Contact
Brand, Business and Contact are the three growth dimensions and form the three corners of THE Orange Triangle. Control is the governance and decision layer above all three, not a fourth dimension of equal rank. The planned architecture provides roles and permissions, traceable approvals and a human decision before every relevant step. The question it answers: can I trust the numbers, and who decided what?
“Control first. Then autonomy.” The guiding principle of Dr. Siegfried Isele, Strategic Technology & AI Governance Advisor: first you must be able to steer, then AI gets more autonomy.
AI proposes, business rules govern, people decide. That is the order planned for the platform. No AI recommendation should become an action without human approval.
Complement, not replace
The platform should not replace your existing systems. It should connect to your CRM, documents, marketing metrics and other approved sources where their interfaces allow it, or take in data through configurable imports. The concept does not require a specific cloud, AI or CRM vendor. We do not promise a connection to every system.
Where we stand
Four stages, kept apart.
- Exists
Consulting with the Orange method
In use with clients: growth diagnosis, fractional CMO and the expert network THE Orange Gate.
- Exists
Interactive prototype (Figma)
Four views: Brand, Business, Contact, Control.
Clickable prototype – concept demonstration, not production software
- Planned
Technical development (MVP)
The architecture is worked out. Roles and permissions, approvals, audit trail and AI diagnostics are planned components.
- Goal
SaaS product
The goal after the MVP and pilot validation. Dates and scope are not yet committed.
We release functions only once they are proven. We say what is still missing. Statements about the future are goals, not commitments.
Not yet proven: an end-to-end flow from the data to an approved recommendation, production interfaces to individual vendors, running for several customers at once, and testing of the AI and security functions. We want to prove this with the pilots.
The pilot programme
Two phases: first consulting, then optional validation.
Phase 1 is deliverable and available at a fixed price: eight weeks of CMO or CGO consulting (Chief Marketing Officer or Chief Growth Officer) based on the Orange method. Phase 2 is optional and agreed separately.
Phase 1: 8 weeks of consulting
Exists and is deliverable. Growth diagnosis and consulting based on the Orange method.
- Status quo analysis
- Onboarding
- 4 strategy sessions of 2 hours
- Workshops, also on site
- Documentation and finished strategy
- Recommendations for your needs
Phase 2: Product validation
Optional, agreed separately. A joint validation phase of about six months, with no binding technical delivery commitment.
Together we define the KPIs that matter to you and validate selected use cases. Which interfaces, dashboards and product functions are provided, we agree separately for each pilot.
As acceptance criteria we plan: a traceable data flow, a clearly explained recommendation, a documented approval step by a person and a measured KPI that we define together.
Learning together
Every business has different requirements. Your feedback should flow into further development in a closed loop: feed in, improve, optimise. On request and with your approval we use your experience as a reference and proof from practice.
Pilot customers get special entry terms. Price on request. We take on five pilot customers. Other interested companies we are happy to put on the waiting list.
- You get in touchVia booking or the contact page.
- We reply personallyUsually within two working days.
- Getting to know each other and demoNon-binding, on request with a look at the clickable prototype (concept demonstration).
Data and access
How we plan to handle your data and access.
Security is the most common concern in conversations with business leaders. These principles underlie the planned platform.
Approved access
Where available, we use the access the vendor provides (OAuth or OIDC) or delegated access through the interface.
No passwords
We do not ask for passwords for LinkedIn, CRM or other systems and do not store any centrally.
As few permissions as possible
We request only narrowly scoped permissions. Customers, roles and data stay separate.
Protected credentials
Planned are encrypted storage, rotation, revocation, restricted access and monitoring.
Limits of the interfaces
If a vendor does not allow a function, we promise neither a connection nor data access.
Logging and data protection
Access and approvals should be logged. Retention, data protection and the handling of incidents will be defined.
These are design principles, not a statement about security measures that are already implemented or independently certified. What actually applies, we prove in the pilot before we commit to it.
Frequently asked questions
Short answers.
What does the pilot programme include?
Phase 1 (deliverable, fixed price): eight weeks of consulting based on the Orange method with status quo analysis, onboarding, four strategy sessions of two hours, workshops also on site, documentation, strategy and recommendations. Phase 2 (optional, agreed separately): a joint validation phase in which we define relevant KPIs and validate selected use cases. Which interfaces, dashboards and product functions are provided, we agree separately for each pilot. We name the price in the conversation.
How can I become a pilot customer?
Request the pilot conversation through the pilot customers page. We take on five pilot customers and put other interested companies on the waiting list.
Will my company be named as a reference?
Only with your explicit approval. Your feedback flows into further development; we use your experience as a reference or proof from practice only if you want us to.
Where does the project stand today?
An interactive prototype (concept demonstration, not production software) shows our product concept. Technical development (MVP) is planned, the architecture is worked out, the SaaS product is the goal. Already available are the growth diagnosis, fractional CMO and the expert network THE Orange Gate.
How do you handle data protection and AI regulation?
Control is part of the planned architecture from the start: roles and permissions, traceable approvals and a human decision at relevant steps are planned. This follows the human oversight principle of the EU AI Act. It is not legal advice.
